After living here for over 20 years, the magic of this special place never fades -- and we'd be overjoyed to share it with you.

From the moment you pass through the gate, you'll begin to feel the farm's rhythm, and worries from the outside world suddenly feel lighter. You're likely to catch a glimpse of our resident blue-grey heron fishing in the creek or hear the screech of a red-tailed hawk being chased by crows off toward the Great Smoky foothills.

Come warm summer evenings, the air is filled with the thrumming of frogs in the mist-filled pasture, while a family of silent little brown bats guides you up and down the drive under a violet sky.

In spring, you may spot colorful box turtles slowly marching down from the hills, or monarchs recharging in the milkweed garden. Come fall, it's easy to imagine that you're one of those migrating Canada geese passing overhead.

This is the soul of our farm. And it's all here waiting for you. Welcome!

We have 3 tiny goat boys housed just 20 yards off the back deck. They couldn't possibly be any cuter or friendlier. And they all tussle for attention.

Out of curiosity, I wanted to see how they'd respond when I got down to their level.
